today was the last day of school before our winter break. 11 days off I have a plan for every day I hope that God will see these ideas into being. I just got off the tred mill a little bit ago. I reached my goal of one mile tonight.Wow, And did that in 19 minutes. And I prayed for you again through the huffing and puffing. Ha I was realy truckin' there for a while, and had to slow it down, just was to fast, but good for the heart also.
So you joined curves??? I went to curves for several months, and had to quite, you can't ajust the equipment there, and some just wasn't good for my back. Something must have happened to the muscles and the nerves in my RT. leg and back, I could hardly walk. My chiropractor had to write to them and tell them what happened so I could get out, as I had signed up for a year. And if you don't go, you still have to pay, so he took care of that for me. He said I haven't been the first that was hurt going there. Hope it works out well for you........
Well you take care, and have a goood sleep. Please pray that I sleep well tonight, I didn't sleep to good last night, then I was dreaming it seemed like when I was sleeping. And I hate that.....I can only remember one dream, that was there were a bunch of pastal color m & m's and they were either danciing, or walking and left. Really stupid.
And today I had my pride and Joy for a couple of hours. And it has been a while since I have had him. His daddy was home painting, and his mom went somewhere, and it was such a thrill to have my darling Sterling again. He is the little guy on the picture on my journal. I baby sat him since he was three months old until Kindergarden. I would take him to day care, then pick him up and have him until one of his parents would pick him up. When he had to leave he would cry..And when I would baby sit him at his home, and when it was time for me to leave he would cry too. Sometimes I would just take him for a little ride around the block, and he was satisfied then. He calls me auntie Phillie. And I love it.
His mother, my niece, she is a teacher, and subs a lot,a his daddy works at the Universi
